Title: Justin Brown/Badische Staatskapelle M9 iTunes Samples Sound Promissing
Post by: Michael on February 17, 2012, 01:11:52 AM
The samples of the new Justin Brown/Badische Staatskapelle M9 on iTunes sound promissing.  While the album is yet to be released on iTunes, the 90-second samples of each movement tell plenty.  The opening of the first movement is brisk, the openings of both the Landler and the Rondo are both on the slower side, and the opening of the Finale is taken at what I would call a slow-moderate tempo.  All of this is in good sound, too.  Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to link to the iTunes samples, but if anyone else can please do so.

Timings are:
I - 27:03
II - 16:05
III - 12:45
IV - 24:20

Needless to say, I'm going to be buying this one.  ;-)
