?'s regarding the pricing of Sieghart (S/M) M10
barry guerrero:
HMV has two listings for the Sieghart recording of M10 in the S/M version. The first one is expensive enough at 3,780 yen. But the second one says that it's a "limited edition" - whatever that means - selling for 34,200 yen! According to my converter, that would make it about $345 U.S. Is this most likely a misprint? Any explanations? I'll take my answers off the air.

John Kim:
The Japanese webpages don't explaing what the difference is and the listed price is outrageous. Don't bother. Simply get the SACD version.
John,

At those prices, I can't afford either.

Freddy van Maurik:
3,780 yen would be about 22,50 euros, which would make it an ordinary full-priced SACD here in Holland. I'm perfectly willing to pay that amount of money if the sound is as excellent as it can be on Exton!
barry guerrero:
Yeah, but for us yanks, the dollar is taking a terrible beating.
