Title: Conspiracy Theories?

I have to write a research report on a conspiracy theory of my choice and was wondering if anybody knew of some involving classical music or composers (a historical conspiracy happening while they were alive)?

I ended up going with Tchaikovsky's death which turned out to be very interesting and also got me into some of his works.

Knowing the dirt that is behind the Pristine company I would not  be surprised if they created and propelled Joyce Hatto hoax and then cash out on the investigation of the “conspiracy”.
