Title: Ashkenazy/D.S.O. Berlin M3 on Eloquence

Seems to have timings that are very close to Nagano's DSO Berlin recording of M3. This shares the same mezzo as the Inbal/TMSO M3. Anyway, it's certainly cheap enough.

Here's a little more info on the same recording. Evidently, it was only out for a short time. I tried to dig up some reviews from that time period, but had no luck.

As this was recorded in the Jesus Christus Kirche (as opposed to the Philharmonie), I went ahead ordered this through Presto. Presto only charges $3 (U.S.) for shipping on the first item, then 95 cents each item afterwords.
