These people in England seem to have it reasonably priced as well. Keep in mind that the PSO's own store in Heinz Hall will have it eventually.

Presto Classical (UK) have it for $33.25, with a shipping charge of $3.30 to the United States. My experiences with Presto have been gratifying, and their shipping method takes about a week.
