I don't know exactly what this is (very few details are provided), but it's published by Associated, not Faber; it's 68 pages, not 246; and no mention is made of Deryck Cooke. I suspect it's a score to the first movement only.

Thanks for the info. I would be afraid of the $32 item, lacking a description. I've asked Santa for the Cooke score James mentioned; we'll see if Santa is a Mahler fan, too. :)

I know that the Barshai score was floating around for a few enthusiasts. I don't know if it actually has a publisher.
