I know this kind of question has been asked before, but is there an easy way for me to transcribe these customer reviews into English?

Barry,

The Google Translate site does Japanese-to-English translations. It can be made to translate just a block of text or an entire Website:

http://translate.google.com/#ja|en|

Works well for me. The translations provided are awkward, but the intended meaning is usually clear.

If you want an easy way to do this, i would suggest using Firefox as your browser instead of Internet Explorer.   It has a plug-in for Google Translate (GT) so that when you are on a site with a foreign langauage, you click on the GT button and it automatically translates the webpage.  Google's Chrome browser may have the same functionality.

Scott,

I do use Firefox, but don't have the slightest idea what a "GT button" is. I'll look for it, but maybe you could humor me by telling me where to look for it (?).

Hi Barry,

The translator is an add-on.  Under Tools, select "Add-ons", then go to "Get Add-ons" tab.  I found the Google Translator there.  After installing it, I have now T button in the top left of the menu. I went to the HMV website that you cited and got a translation without any difficulty.

Thanks, I'll try that. I'm very 'tech' challenged, as I simply don't have money to keep up. Thankfully, Firefox is a 'freebie'.
