Title: I can't import from the U.S.A.?

There are copies available of the Mahler 4 conducted by Konoye on Amazon U.S. I tried to buy and was told I couldn't.

Is there any way round this and why does it happen?

Maybe you tried a marketplace vendor, that only domestic shipping? (the 1st in the list only has that). If so, try again. If not, disregard this posting.
