Kubelik's 1981 live M5 with BRSO has been issued as a near "give-away" with the Audite 2009 catalog.  It's $7.99 at J&R in New York.

You get the Audite catalog instead of the usual liner notes, but still. . .

Yeah, this reissue is available to ALL retailers - a great "give-away", indeed.
