For anyone interested, I am making this a "sticky topic". These are some of the web resources related to Mahler and/or classical music in general that I've found useful. If you have any others that you've found, please post the link in this thread. I will incorporate the other links in this first post when I am able.

Hi, I would like to add that the web radio site www.last.fm has a lot of great Mahler recordings available for full-length listening for free, even on-demand if you live in the US, UK or DE and/or as a stream in several radio stations. You could start on Mahler's artist profile (http://www.last.fm/music/Gustav+Mahler) which has a "similar artists" radio button, try out the Gustav Mahler group (http://www.last.fm/group/Gustav+Mahler) member radio or listen to special tag radios (http://www.last.fm/tag/gustav+mahler) which the Last.fm users have created, e.g. Das Lied von der Erde (http://www.last.fm/tag/das+lied+von+der+erde) or Kindertotenlieder (http://www.last.fm/tag/kindertotenlieder). Finding available albums with Mahler performances works best if you use the album search (http://www.last.fm/search?q=mahler&type=album) and pick those with a play button which indicates playable tracks on that album.

Mahler's IMSLP page has several of his PD scores available for download. Some are still not available in certain areas, however.

Hello,
I've begun to update the site for the Chicago-Mahlerites (www.chicago-mahlerites.org) and welcome any comments, updates, and deletions for our list. This is a revision of the undifferentiated list that was up until sometime last week. Anyway, the short way to get there is: www.chicago-mahlerites.org/links.html Please respond privately.
All the best,
Jim
