Link in Czech, he was 89. I recall his M9 recording, not sure about others.

Oh, wait a shame. I saw him twice with the S.F. Symphony and really liked him. I still have some of Dvorak recordings on Virgin Classics. He also recorded the Suk stuff before others jumped on that bandwagon. I've heard very little of him Mahler.
