Included are Blomstedt, Boulez, Chailly, Eschenbach, Gergeiv, Jansons, Mehta, Nagano, Nott, Rattle, Salonen, Tilson-Thomas, Welser-Moest, Zinman, and others. I believe all are asked the same questions. An interesting archive.
