Most everyone seems to agree on the BSO at Tanglewood one. But I've enjoyed reaquiring the Berlin one also. You just to have really "fill in the blanks" as you approach the climax of the slow movement.

One note on the Bernstein/BSO Tanglewood M9th. Memories label released a newly remastered version of this live concert which to my ears sounds miles ahead of any other versions before this one. The sound quality improves so much that it's worth paying $$ for the new CD even if you own the previous one already. Berkshire Outlet once had it for sale.
