Neeme Järvi's M2 on DVD

Anyone else have the DVD of this performance, released earlier this month by VAI, filmed in the Riverside Church, NYC?

The musicians are from the NYPO, Philadelphia, New Jersey S. O., Detroit S. O., the Met Orchestra, and apparently others. I have heard (and watched) it once and was pleased until "Urlicht." Unfortunately, Audio Director Jerry Bruck missed capturing the voices of the soloists. They are not so clear and audible as one would expect--or prefer.

Also unfortunate is the absence of discussion such as provided on Producer Jason Starrr's other VAI DVD on Mahler, on M 3.
