For those of you who want a complete Levine cycle, here is the missing M8 from the 1976 NY Philharmonic's Mahler Festival:

It has come to my knowledge that the Levine M8 might be a boot-leg and of a not so good quality (I never bought it myself, and was warned to do so).

There were 'pirates' floating around of the Levine/BSO M8 that he did in his first season in Boston.
