Welcome to the Gustav Mahler Board.  This is my attempt to resurrect both the former Klassi Mahler Board and its predecessor Gustav Mahler Discussion Group, both of which died long before their time (just like the Boards' namesake). 

I hope that this will be a friendly discussion board, and I plan to moderate it lightly.  I also hope that our old friends will gather at our new site.  After I shore up some of the log-in security, I plan to post announcements at some of the relevant discussion sites.

Thanks for setting the new board.  Because of some technical error, I wasn't able to post on the last one, so I'm really happy to have an account here.

I mourn the loss of the old board...so many great discussions lost...unless anybody saved some of them.  My Mahler collection was influenced by many of the great reviews and talk.

I thank everyone who contributed to the old board.

I think more and more of us find a way back to the great Gustav Mahler forum! Glad to see some names from the Old Guard... I'll really enjoy my time lingering on the forum. Great ressurection...

It's great to be back.  I look forward once again to the various comments, and to furnishing some of my own. 

I missed the whole experience.  Kept getting an error message every time I tried to log in or visit.  Glad I found us once again.

But it will take a little while before I once again get involved and contribute to some of the threads.

I really missed this board and all your comments and thoughts and I am very glad that it is back now.
Took me more than two weeks to discover this new place, even if I tried (and hoped) regularly.
