When Eschenbach was music director of the Philadelphia Orchestra years ago, his performance of M6 was recorded and released on an Ondine hybrid SACD.  I don't know if that will do for you if you cannot get a copy of the Hamburg performance.  Also, that Philadelphia performance may be difficult to get nowadays.
