Weird, isn't it. I wrote the LPO directly and, of course, they never got back to me. Instead, I received an auto response, stating that it would take longer to get a real response due to Covid. I hate to sound like D.H., but how utterly British in behavior. They can manage to get physical discs made up and sent off to distributors, but they can't update their own website or answer a simple e-mail - things that a person, theoretically, could do from home.
