Sorry all. Not sure what to tell you on the diacritic issues (assuming that I am using the correct term).  The Board has an option to select your own language.  The option has been "on".  I really don't see any other settings that I can change that would be relevant to this issue.

I'll try to research later in the week.

I updated the forums language files for german, french, dutch, english, and english UK.  This does not appear to correct any of the character/diacritic problems for existing (i.e. old) posts, but I am wondering if it is a fix for any new posts? 

Please advise?

hubsch had an umlaut on the u      and crei  had an accent mark on an i

h?bsch            cre?    (The proper marks appear here as I typed them, but I'm afraid they still reproduce in another form.)
